About Dalmatian Cultural Society - Villa Dalmacija
The Dalmatian Cultural Society, based at Villa Dalmacija in Eden Terrace, has served Auckland's Dalmatian community for over 90 years, and members and visitors alike receive a warm welcome. The Ballroom and Members Lounge can be hired by non-members for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, conferences, fundraisers and private functions, and the venue seats up to 250 guests.
The society also runs folklore, tamburica, kolo, choir and language groups, Friday night dinners, youth and ladies groups, and a museum and archive of Dalmatian history. The society welcomes everybody to celebrate the culture and traditions of the Dalmatian coast of Croatia through food, events, folklore and language classes.
