Couldrey House & Garden

Couldrey House is a Victorian-Edwardian family home with a cottage-style garden inside Wenderholm Regional Park, about 40 minutes north of Auckland. It sits between Wenderholm Beach and the Puhoi River, each a short walk through pohutukawa.

The house is run as a museum with nine furnished rooms, and it also takes small wedding ceremonies. Couples can marry in the Whitney Room or in the garden.

The house holds about 50 people comfortably, and the booking covers two hours plus 30 minutes of set-up. Up to 50 chairs, two trestle tables and a signing table are provided, with at least two team members on site.

There is no reception, though a small toast to the couple is allowed in the garden after the ceremony. Wheelchair accessible parking and restroom are listed.
