Deer Valley

Deer Valley is a rural wedding venue with boutique accommodation on a 50 acre deer farm at Ararimu, near Drury in south Auckland, about 40 minutes from the CBD. It hosts just 6 to 10 weddings in the November to March fawning season, plus elopements and intimate celebrations through the year.

Ceremonies can be held under the grand oak tree or in other settings around the farm, and a 21 by 8 metre glasshouse marquee hosts the reception, with views of the Hunua Ranges and the resident red deer. Vast lawns and manicured gardens surround the property.

Couples may bring their own refreshments, bathrooms have wheelchair access, and the Woolshed Lodge is a luxury bed and breakfast suite that also serves as a getting ready space. A list of preferred suppliers is available.
